Habitat LA ReBUILD LA: Disaster Relief Program (Accelerator Fund)
Provides flexible grants of up to $10,000 for low- and moderate-income homeowners impacted by Los Angeles wildfires (including Palisades and Eaton Canyon fires). Funding covers recovery gaps not paid by insurance or FEMA, such as legal/title resolution, permitting fees, soil testing, major repairs, and essential household items like appliances and furniture. Grants never have to be repaid.
Primary residence was damaged or destroyed in the Palisades or Eaton Canyon wildfires.
Complete the Habitat LA Wildfire Survivor Relief Form online to begin screening for the Accelerator Fund and other rebuilding assistance. Prepare to submit proof of homeownership, household income verification, and documentation of disaster damage or recovery expenses.
