Habitat LA ReBUILD LA: Disaster Relief Program (Accelerator Fund)

Homeowners
Description
The Accelerator Fund provides flexible grants of up to $10,000 designed to remove barriers and help you get back home faster. These funds can cover needs that insurance and FEMA don’t, such as legal and title issues, essential household items like appliances and furniture, etc. Unlike a loan, these grants never need to be repaid.
Requirements
  • Your home was damaged in the 2025 Palisades or Eaton Canyon wildfires
  • You own your own home and it’s your primary residence before the wildfires
  • Your household income is at or below 120% of area median income
