Funding is limited and grants are awarded on a first come, first served basis.
LISC LA is launching the LA Wildfire Relief Grant Program to support small businesses affected by the devastating wind and wildfire events that began on January 7, 2025. The program will award $1.5 million in $10,000 grants to help local businesses recover, rebuild, and continue serving their communities.
Lil’ Lotus Kits provide $50 in direct relief to families affected by the 2025 wildfires. Each kit includes $25 for food and $25 for gas. Grocery cards are provided to families with access to a fridge or stove, and fast food cards are given to those staying in hotels or temporary housing without kitchen access.
In times of crisis, our strength lies in our ability to come together. The wildfires have deeply impacted many in our community, but we believe that through collective care, we can heal and rebuild. Our Community Care Program is designed to be a holistic initiative that involves both giving care and receiving care. It’s about recognizing that, while some may need support, others have the ability and willingness to offer help.
