Housing assistance is available to qualified applicants whose primary residence was damaged or destroyed by a 2026 Colorado Wildfire and can be used for 1) Monthly mortgage expense for the primary residence that was damaged or destroyed by the Wildfire Disaster or; 2) Rental cost due to displacement from the primary residence resulting from the Wildfire Disaster.
Relief assistance is limited to a maximum of $1,500 per household. This assistance is for housing relief only; other expenses including second mortgages (home equity lines or loans), hotel/motel expenses, clothing, appliances, equipment, vehicle purchase, rental or repair and or mileage are ineligible for reimbursement under this program.
Submit the Colorado Association of REALTORS Foundation application through the Apply portal. Complete all required fields and submit before the deadline; applications are for individual households seeking housing relief after a 2026 Colorado wildfire.
