Greenline Housing Foundation Grant
Direct financial grant program providing up to $250,000 per family in non-repayable gift funds for homeowners rebuilding after the Eaton Fire. Grants function as gap funding to bridge the difference between total reconstruction costs and funds received from insurance settlements, SBA disaster loans, and FEMA assistance. Applications are evaluated on factors including mortgage and insurance status, long-standing residency, capacity to rebuild, and the generational impact of the home.
