Greenline Housing Foundation is offering support to homeowners who lost their home in the Eaton Fire with a focus on disproportionately impacted communities that face the greatest barriers to rebuilding." "Through this agreement, made possible in partnership with Civic Soul, a mission-aligned non-profit, Greenline Housing Foundation is able to match families with available units [and] subsidize their rent based on what they can afford." "Greenline wants to be the bridge that closes that gap. [Greenline Housing Foundation is] offering up to $250,000 per family in construction support to help ensure that rebuilding remains in reach and prevent the displacement of families out of the community.
Requirements
  • Must be a homeowner who lost a home in the Eaton Fire.
  • Applicants do not need to be Black or Hispanic; race/ethnicity is not an eligibility requirement.
  • No income limits.
  • Applications are evaluated based on factors including mortgage and insurance status, community involvement/long-standing residency, capacity to rebuild, and the home’s generational impact.
