Northside Resilience Fund

Description
The purpose of the Northside Resilience Fund is to provide direct cash assistance to people living north of Delmar Blvd who received a red sticker, indicating severe structural damage, on their home as a result of the E3 Tornado on Friday, May 16, 2025. Eligible households will receive $3,000 to assist with their immediate and emergent needs. This flexible emergency funding is meant to give families most impacted by the tornado the flexibility to cover urgent and emergent needs and begin their recovery — on their terms.
Requirements
  • “You were living in the City of St. Louis, North of Delmar Blvd in one of the following neighborhoods at the time the tornado happened: Academy, College Hill, Fairground, Fountain Park, Greater Ville, Hamilton Heights, JeffVanderLou, Kingsway East, Kingsway West, Lewis Place, Mark Twain, North Riverfront, O’Fallon, Penrose, The Ville, Vandeventer, Visitation Park, Wells-Goodfellow, and West End.”
  • “You were living in a home that the City of St. Louis’ Building Division assessed for damages and marked with a red sticker to indicate severe structural damage.”
  • “Renters and homeowners are eligible to apply. Landlords are not eligible.”
  • “Only one person in a home should complete this form. We can only award assistance one time per unique address.”
