Description
The Handyworker Grant Program aims to preserve existing homes by funding minor home repairs to ensure the health and safety of eligible low- to moderate-income homeowners within the unincorporated areas of the First, Fourth, and Fifth Supervisorial Districts.
Requirements
  • The property must be owner-occupied
  • The property must be a single-family residence, no duplexes
  • The property must be in the unincorporated areas of the First, Fourth, and Fifth Supervisorial Districts
  • The property must have homeowner's insurance
  • The property must be owned for at least one year
  • Applicant must be low- to moderate-income and meet maximum total household income per program guidelines
