Disaster Rebuilding Assistance (DRA) grant program
Description
Grants are available to low- and very low-income households for the repair, rehabilitation or reconstruction of affected owner-occupied housing in federally declared disaster areas that are not covered by insurance or other funding sources. The Bank will make $2 million in DRA grants available beginning September 2, 2025.
Requirements
- Grants are available to low- and very low-income households.
- Must be for repair, rehabilitation or reconstruction of affected owner-occupied housing.
- Housing must be in federally declared disaster areas.
- Housing not covered by insurance or other funding sources.
