Requirements
  • “California-based fire departments, local firefighter associations, federally recognized tribes, and nonprofit organizations planning relief effort projects in Los Angeles and Ventura counties.”
  • “Projects must fall into one of the below focus areas: Community Relief & Recovery; Recovery Planning, Public Education, and/or Community Outreach Campaigns; First Responder Training; Specialized Firefighting Equipment (such as PPE replacement); Vegetation Mitigation & Fuels Reduction.”
  • “Typical award amounts range from $25,000 to $100,000; requests outside of this range will be considered on a case-by-case basis.”
