Walsh/Di Tolla/Spivak Foundation Catastrophic Relief

Description
Funds from the Walsh/Di Tolla/Spivak Foundation can help pay for food, clothing, shelter, and other necessities for IATSE members affected by natural disasters. In the past, the IATSE has disbursed funds to support members affected by wildfires, tornadoes, hurricanes, and earthquakes. Individual IATSE members (and retirees) needing assistance should follow the instructions on the below form and submit to their local union.
Requirements
  • Must be an IATSE member or retiree.
  • Must be affected by a natural disaster (such as wildfires, tornadoes, hurricanes, or earthquakes).
  • Must submit the Catastrophic Relief Application Form to your local union, which will forward the request to the Foundation for review.

Download the Walsh/Di Tolla/Spivak Foundation Catastrophic Relief Application, complete it, and submit it to your IATSE local union. The local union forwards requests to the Foundation trustees for review.
