The Creative Economy Fund (Sponsored by YouTube and Google.org)
Description
The purpose of this fund is to provide support to digital creators, those working in the digital creator industry and/or arts and entertainment workers who have lost or damaged homes due to the LA Wildfires. Employees of YouTube/Google and their household members are not eligible for this Fund. To apply for this fund, please fill out our Disaster Emergency Financial Assistance application.
Requirements
- Must be a digital creator, directly engaged creator professional, employee of an influencer marketing agency or talent management firm, or a creative professional in the performing arts and entertainment community.
- Must provide category-specific documentation (e.g., proof of YouTube Partner Program status, W-2, 1099, employer letter, or proof of professional earnings).
- Must provide proof of LA County residence (utility bill, lease agreement, or driver’s license from January 2025).
- Must provide government-issued photo identification.
- Must provide documentation demonstrating direct impact of fire on the applicant’s home (FEMA/SBA assistance or insurance claim documents).
